Pregnancy Update - 23 weeks

Hi there. Happy Ash Wednesday.

These day had been amazing for me except for work (bored)😑. I'm enjoying my pregnancy period even though thinking about labor and delivery process freaking me out. Hubby keep reminding me to do exercise. Friends giving tips what food to eat/drink for easy delivery and I've read a lot of pregnancy journal on delivery experience. Some journal really help because it make me realize that if they can go through it, why can't I? Of course I need to be physically and mentally prepared for it. 

How I wish I could stay at kampung during this pregnancy period so that I can keep an active lifestyle. Here, I only can be active at home by doing household chore. At kampung I can do gardening, which I really love to do. Now I realize how my mom gave birth to 9 of us despite of the labor pain (people always ask me this). Active and healthy lifestyle make them stronger/tougher! Plus no junk food, less chemical exposure (food, air etc). I should do more exercise, I've done squat few time a week though. But I'm sleepy most of the time bah so untuk buat exercise 10min-20min sometimes malas sa. hahaha nasib baik buat juga kerja-kerja rumah. Squat no prob because I can do it before shower. 😁 alasan!

Anyways, here's my 23 weeks update.

Total weight gain : Sorry, haven't check yet 😅

Stretch mark : Only on my breast.

Wedding ring/toe ring on or off : Both still on! 

Belly button in or out : In

Mood : most of the time happy 😊 I wanna have once a week date night with hubby! 

Sleep : I sleep soundly last night. but I need extra pillow!

Best moment this week : Baby actively moving during night and early morning. 😊

Looking forward to : Know the baby gender 👶 

Miss anything : Coffee ☕

I've been really passive at work these day. Need to lift up my momentum because I only have a few months left to settle most of the work target before the pregnancy/labor break.

Good news : We are going for Sungha Jung 2017 NAGA Guitar Concert Series on April. Yeah!
